Ultrasonic inspection will be done to ensure the material are free of pore,holes and cracks. The tooth will be hobbed on gear hobbing machine or milled on CNC gentry milling and drilling machine according to the tooth type and module.The other dimension are processed to finished size according to drawing.
Surface quenching or carbonization will be done after finish machining to improve the hardness and abrasive resistance of the tooth. after the surface quenching, we will inspect the hardness of the tooth.
